Creating Effective Campaigns
Learn how to design campaigns that attract quality creators, drive engagement, and deliver maximum value for your budget.
Campaign Strategy Fundamentals
šÆ Define Clear Objectives
Before creating your campaign, ask yourself:
- What specific action do I want creators to take?
- What metrics define success for this campaign?
- What is my target audience interested in?
- What timeline am I working with?
Clear objectives help you create focused campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Budget and Reward Optimization
š° Setting the Right Reward
Minimum Recommendations:
- Basic tasks (likes, follows): ā¦50-ā¦100
- Engagement tasks (comments): ā¦100-ā¦200
- Complex tasks (content creation): ā¦200-ā¦500+
Factors to Consider:
- Task complexity and time required
- Your target engagement quality
- Campaign urgency
- Platform difficulty
Higher rewards attract more experienced creators who deliver better quality engagement.
š Budget Planning
Campaign Budget Formula:
Number of Tasks = Campaign Budget Ć· Reward per Task
Example:
- Campaign budget: ā¦20,000
- Reward per task: ā¦100
- Tasks created: 20,000 Ć· 100 = 200 tasks
Once your campaign is funded, SEHRR uses this formula automatically to calculate how many tasks your budget supports ā tasks go live immediately after funding.
Work backwards from your goal: if you want 500 completions and you're offering ā¦100 per task, you'll need a budget of at least ā¦50,000 (500 Ć ā¦100).
Budget Sizing Tips:
- Start with a smaller budget to test creator response before scaling up
- Higher rewards mean fewer total tasks for the same budget ā balance reach vs. reward
- Leave room to top up your budget if a campaign performs well
